For our fast growing office in Lviv we are looking for an experienced HR and Recruiting professional in the IT industry.
Требования: The main roles and responsibilities are:
• Implement and professionalize all necessary HR processes like :
o Market research for salaries, salary benchmarking
o Job descriptions/profiles
o Review process
o Career planning and training
• Implement and professionalize our recruiting process :
o Manage our recruiting website
o Manage our recruiting process
o Initial screening of all candidates
o Come up with creative ways to find new candidates
We expect :
• Academic education, being part of the Top 10% of your class
• Proven experience in HR and Recruiting in the IT industry
• Fluent in English. Another Western European language like German is a plus.
• Great communication skills
