Требования: GlobalLogic Ukraine is looking for Senior Test Engineer to work on the full time basis in our Kharkiv office.
Required skills:
• Knowledge of different Development Models (Processes) and ability to organize testing according to given process
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Practical experience in tests planning activities (including estimations)
• Ability to define Test Strategy and organize testing process according to this Strategy
• Ability to review and analyze requirements. Practical experience in requirements testing
• Practical experience in Test Cases and Test Design development for complex systems
• Knowledge of Testing Techniques and ability to apply them in practice
• Experience in Bug Tracking process. Experience in adjusting bug tracking workflow according to given process
• Ability to create different kinds of Test Documentation (including instructions) for supporting test activities on the project
• Practical experience in different Test Reports creation
• Ability to supervise Junior and Middle Test Engineers
• Ability to learn fast
Desired skills:
• Practical experience in leading small team (2-3 persons)
• Practical experience in Risks Management
• Practical experience in using any Version Control System
